Gut–Mind Clarity Session
A simple 1:1 guidance session to reduce confusion and bring clarity around your gut and mind patterns.
The purpose of this session is to deeply understand the gut–brain axis in IBS so that confusion can be reduced and direction becomes clear.
Common thoughts you may be experiencing:
• Why did I get IBS?
• Will it ever get better or will I have to live with this for life?
• Even after following everything correctly, why am I not improving?
• How will I gain weight?
• Life feels dull and difficult to enjoy
• Constant mental struggle — how will this get fixed, when will it get fixed, and why do I feel stuck?
After the session, you will understand:
• Instead of focusing on “why IBS happened,” the focus shifts to “how to work on it”
• IBS will not control your career — you will start taking the right steps early
• Trying to follow everything perfectly can become a loop — consistency matters more than perfection
• You don’t need 100% perfection — learning to live normally is more important
• Weight gain, a normal life, and a calm mind are all interconnected
• Once you take the first step in the right direction, confidence starts returning naturally
• If you can overcome IBS, you can handle other life challenges more effectively

• Basic guidance on general medical tests (via doctor, for clarity if it is ibs or indigestion)
• Simple 14-day diet structure (breakfast, lunch, dinner – practical & easy)
• Clear 14-day purpose setting (limit your thoughts to reduce overthinking)
• Action plan: what to start, stop, and continue (lowfod map diet/rumination/lifstyle)
• Mental rules to handle overthinking, fear, and constant observation
• What NOT to expect (to avoid pressure and unnecessary expectations)
After 14 days, you’ll gain clarity on:
• Whether it may be IBS or functional indigestion
• Whether the issue is gut–mind loop or any medical issue
• What causes the triggers (food, stress, fear, observation)
• What to continue, what to stop
• How to handle overthinking and fear
• A clear 14-day action structure
